The Kdyne foundry has been providing casting for a wide range of customers since 1954. Experience over the years has shown that full advantage of precision casting can be taken and the best results achieved, if the designers and engineers who are responsible for products, assemblies and systems incorporating the castings, collaborate extensively with our foundry engineers, who are the leading specialists in this field. Extremely intricate and complex Castings can thus be manufactured using the full capabilities of the process. The weight of castings produced ranges from a few grams to about 30 kg. -Construction and design -Production of tooling -Manufacture of wax patterns -Production of ceramic shells -De-waxing -Melting and casting -Casting removal -Chemical cleaning of casting -Finishing of casting + control -Cast machining The quality control system of the operation is certified according to the ISO/TS 16949:2002 standards, materials are certified according to the AD 2000-Merkblatt WO/TRD.
