| We are manufacturer & supplier of high precision machined components for automobile & other applications since 1989.
We are supplying to all major OEM in India (Tata Motors, Force Motors, Man Force Trucks, Lombardini India Etc.) with less than 500 PPM.
Our Company is certified by ISO 9001:2008.
We are also exporting to US Companies since 2006.
We are basically involved in manufacturing process such as Machining, CNC Turning, Milling, Drilling, Grinding (Internal Grinding, Cylindrical Grinding, Center less Grinding, Surface Grinding) Lapping, Super Finishing Etc.
We also do Surface treatment processes such as Case Hardening, Hardening, Induction Hardening, Nitriding, Plating, Blackodizing, Etc.
We use Raw material as per customers specification & we worked on steel like Plain Carbon steel, Alloy Steel, Bearing Steel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel
Etc.
We mostly used raw material in the form of Rolled Bars & we also done small forgings.
We have most of components, Which process plan is shown as follows
1. Raw Material in the form of Rolled bar.
2. Band saw cutting or parting in required size
3. Pre Machining or Forging, if required
4. Finish Machining (Turning or Milling or Both)
5. Heat Treatment (Case hardening, Induction Hardening, Etc.)
6. Grinding (Cylindrical, Center less, Etc.)
7. Finishing (Lapping, Buffing, Etc.)
8. Surface Treatment (Plating Etc.)
Our machines have online gauging, Air gauging, Standard & Special gauges as per component requirement for quality assurance. For critical parameter 100 % inspection is done before dispatch.

5. Crack Detection machine
All our Measuring & Monitoring devices are calibrated by NABL Accredited vendors as per required time frame & standards.
