OUR MISSION : DEBIT EXPRESS has been making made-to-order sawing as a specialized subcontractor for 20 years. We ensure a high quality of cut and a fast response thanks to a motivated and experienced team operating high-rate machines. Industrial boilermaking ?? Street furniture ?? Steel frameworks OUR ACTIVITY : Cutting of different materials : ?? All kinds of aluminium alloys ?? Steel for construction ?? Steel for tooling ?? Stainless steel ?? Titanium and derivatives ?? Superalloys We can work out parts of any dimensions, from the single unit to small, medium and larges series. In addition to cutting we can realize : ?? Mitre cut ?? Cutting of blanks ?? Take out of specimen ( for destructive testing) ?? Samples for die-forging and spinning ?? Removal of the dead heads of cast pieces ?? Preparation of furnace doses ?? Cutting of profiles ?? Cutting according to a drawing ?? Marking with hot-iron, ink, percussion ?? Drying and vibration deburring ?? The production team works in two shifts. OUR DEVELOPMENT : We have recently doubled the surface of our production workshop, acquired new means of production (rolling bridge and machine tool), and we have adopted the quality standard "ISO 9001 VERSION 2000". Those achievements are in line with our strategy of development. We are a member of the cluster "VIAMECA" through which we take part to the extension of the local industrial network. We also belong to the association "AVIA" which aim is to develop the aeronautical industry in our region of Auvergne.
