Soco represents CNC Booster Benders, which won “ 2010 Taiwan Excellence Silver Award“. The model, SB-80x12A-MR-PT+2C, is design with concept of 「Human Oriented」, Safety, Fashion and Simplicity.

2C - SOCO DBS Cutting System ( Double Blades Shear )：This system creates the least amount of cutting deformation, enabling the finished part to be immediately used for a subsequent process without having to calibrate or deburr it.
Tube Bending + DBS Cutoff Technology ( 2 in 1 tech. ). 2C - SOCO DBS Cutting System ( Double Blades Shear ) – Full automation and minimal cutting deformation, as well as smallest cutting radius to minimize waste between bends. Saving on Labor cost up to 50% and decreasing 20%~50% material cost.

”Smart 3D interference simulation software”: Graphical user interface, automatic simulation of tube bending process after parameter inputting, avoid collision of machine due to input error.
12 Axis fully electric servo control: Absolute non-hydraulic control, green conservative power source, boost the production rate by 100% against conventional bending machine.
The machine is made with more than 95% of parts that’s supplied domestically.
