Brief: Ming Tai Industrial Co announces its newly developed helical spring, which is made from stainless steel strip, and wound into a round helical cross section. It is designed for use in special seals and the inner tube of endoscope as a radial or axial compression energizer.

Description: Based on decades’ experience in manufacturing steel strip spring Ming Tai Industrial Co., Ltd. (founded in 1963) is now glad to present its newly developed Stainless Steel Strip Helical Spring. The helical spring is made from stainless steel strip, and wound into a round helical cross section. Both its elasticity and flexibility are better than those made of wire. It is normally used in static or slow dynamic applications, and often when very low temperatures are present.The helical spring is designed for use in special seals and cross section of special seal as a radial or axial compression energizer.

The available minimum thick of Helical Spring can be 0.03mm ; Strip width is 1mm ; Coil Diameter is 1.2mm ; Maximun Length can be 2M

The available minimum size : A = 0.03mm ; B = 1mm ; C = 1.2mm ;

Max Length = 2M
